Very practical idea to combine a traditional calc with finance calc together. However, "+", "-", "x" and "/" never work properly. 2+5-3= - 6, 5x2-4= - 1,....., 3x3+4=10 and so on, why? Fix it, please. I give 2 star for the "IDEA" but not for the App.

Love it... Replaced my mortgage calculator.

Havent had a chance to really use it a lot as I just downloaded and did some basic calculations. As a mortgage loan officer, I sometimes find myself without my HP finance calculator and receive that phone call from my realtor asking me to calculate how much a payment would be for a potential client. I always have my phone and thought it would be nice to have a simple but effective finance calculator. I also like that it is a basic calculator too so you dont have to flip back and forth between this app and the orginal calc app that came with the phone like some of the other specific mortgage apps out there. **To Developer** Can you please add an easy way to calculate interest only payments and maybe a way to email the amortization table? And if the email of the amortization table is possible, to list what the criteria is of that table. Like what the interest rate is, etc.

By far the best app for real estate mortgage payments. I bought 3 other apps which take far too many steps to get to the mortgage payment. I use it daily. Its quick and it sits on page one next to my email app. It is my most used application. Buy it !!!

If you are in the mortgage industry this app is a must have. Its actual calculator not a web based application.

Nice calculator. Much like my Texas Instrument Mortgage Calc. I only wish it had a PITI button. I like to use it in place of the calculator that came with the iPhone because you dont have to turn it sideways for multiplication.

This app does not take into consideration down payment and annual taxes. You can manually subtract the down payment from the total amount of the loan before having the app do the calculations but what about the taxes?

Does what it says and does it without extraneous fluff. Was able to generate and email an amortization schedule to a client in less than 30 seconds... from the road. Cant beat that with a stick.

App works great. The addition of allowing taxes, down payment and insurance is awesome!

Add MI - otherwise great!

Need to add a Mi option (mortgage insurance). Most loans are Fha and this would be great. Mi is 1.75% or 1.5%. Correct this and I will give 5 stars.

Thank you for the excellent calculator! Its not the "prettiest" app out there (although I have no issue with the aesthetics given the purpose of the app) but its the best at getting the job done. I love it! The only suggestion that Id have is to add a button to your info screen that links right to the "Mortgage Calculations" instructions so that users who are inexperienced with this type of calculator can find those instructions without having to scroll down into the "about" screen and you dont use "inpatient" users who wont dig for the instructions. Thanks!

Please add option to add upfront MIP (1.75%) on FHA loans. Oher than that calculator is perfect!

I like it. It figures out either: the loan amount; or the payment; or the interest rate; or the term of the loan, when you enter 3 of the 4 items I just mentioned. Thats all I use it for, and it works great :)

This is the perfect calculator for a mortgage professional on the go. Love the feature allowing you to email calculation results. Great job!

I love this app!! It definitly helps me out when im with clients and they need to know what their payments are going to be like... And it also shows te schedule of payments for the term of the loan... Awesome app!

This app is really everything a loan officer or realtor could ask for!!! Very good and excellent price.

I have dozens of apps and have never written a review of one - good or bad. This is by far the most often used app on my phone. I depend upon it for regular calculations as well as the more complicated formulas that I use almost daily as a Realtor. I cannot tell you how nice it is to be able to tell a client how much a payment will be or what the difference between payments will be when comparing homes. I have never had a problem with the application. It has worked flawlessly for me, and I have had it for well over a year. Kudos to the developer. A wonderful product!

Please add cumulative totals after each year on Amortization Schedule. This would be a great feature when comparing rates and terms. Customers are always wanting to see the difference.
