Yearly subtotal would be a great addition. Adding a baloon option would also make it nice. I would buy it again.

This is the worst app I have ever bought... I have never left leas than 3 stars but this app does nothing.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I like the app, but the MI calc could be easier. I would to be able to enter a % and let the calculator do the math for the monthly MI. Other than that, its great. A huge upgrade would be a 2 loan comparison with closing costs and apr, but that at least another $10!

The functions are easy to use, very intuitive, takes less than 60 seconds to become a pro at it , I am not that Tech savy, does all it claims to do, Must for anyone, if you have anything to do with real estate

I have used this calculator for a while now and have very satisfied until now. The input screen has been changed to little kids colors, not professional looking. I miss the old input screen and am shopping for a new one.

Used to be great but now every time I try to use it it crashes. Enter data in the various fields OK but touch the go arrow and poof—quits. Now totally unusable. iOS 7?

By far the best mortgage Calc for the price!

This a great mortgage calculator, easy to use quickly, and does some useful tricks. Also great as a normal calculator. The free version is ok, but I liked it enough to buy it & remove ads. I like that you dont need to read the manual every time you want to figure out a loan, it is easier than that. If you do need help, tap the circle i. Best mortgage Calc I have used.
